The nines What is it: 3 different, unrelated people found that their lives are twisted within each other's lives. mystery/thrill/drama/horror from the ratings n critics, it's a good movie. but i can't get any information of the plot from it's trailer, but it sure looks interesting
Plot:In the first story, a mildly famous TV actor (Ryan Reynolds) also happens to be addicted to crack, which leads to him burning his own home down and being sent to live under house arrest with his publicist (Melissa McCarthy). Secondly, a former TV writer (also Reynolds) on the verge of making it big suddenly can't tell the difference between his real life and the one he creates for the small screen. Finally, in the third tale, a man (again, also Reynolds) searches for help after his car breaks down and hooks up with a woman (Hope Davis) who drugs him with GHB.

*many people thought this was 'the sims' movie, because the trailer looks or has something similar to "the sims". but it is confirmed, it was not... cuz i found the REAL "the sims" movie mwahaha...

what is it: movie based on the popular game series of the same name.
*possible* plot: Pleasantview is one of the most delightful neighbourhoods to live in, everybody is happy, the grass is always green, children are always well-mannered. But newcomer Andie starts to uncover the 'real' pleasantview, for not only are Pleasantville full of cheating, lying, decieving, secret-ridden people like the Goths, Don Lothario and the struggling Newbies, but they are being ruled by a greater power. Andie is terrified to discover they are stuck in a video game being played by millions universally.

Lars and the Real Girl *back on track*
what is it: comdey/drama. heard that it has a rather emotional/sad ending. an anti-social man found a girlfriend on the internet... common? she is a sex doll... and he brings her everywhere he goes.
Plot:When Lars Lindstrom introduces his brother Gus and sister-in-law Karin to his new friend Bianca, who he met on the internet, their immediate response is shock and disbelief. Has Lars, the sweet, socially challenged introvert gone completely mad--they meet Bianca and see a doll, but Lars sees a friend. Bianca isn’t a real woman at all but a Real Doll, how will they explain this to the residents of the sleepy Midwestern town they’ve grown up in and currently reside? Karin and Gus consult the town’s family physician, Dr. Dagmar Berman, who advises them to go along with it. Lars is experiencing a delusion and in order to help him through this crisis, they and the townsfolk need to get onboard. After some persuasion and appeal to their love and concern for Lars, Gus and Karin enlist their cooperation. Soon Bianca is attending church, modeling at the local dress shop, volunteering at the hospital and accompanying Lars to his first ever social events. Surprisingly to those around her, Bianca weaves her way into the hearts of everyone she meets, filling voids they didn’t know they had. What follows is a transformative journey for Lars and the people around him.
