What is it: horror/thriller with a very good, mind blowing, surprising twist at the end. Not as bloody/gory as it seemed, only the parts with the corpses
Plot: Two men wake up at opposite sides of a dirty, disused bathroom, chained by their ankles to pipes. Between them lies a dead man loosely clutching a hand-held tape player and a handgun. Each finds a tape the perfect fit for the player in their back pocket. They play the tapes. One is threatened, the other isn't. But they have a task: One must kill the other by 6:00, or his wife and daughter will die. They find hacksaws in a toilet, and try to cut the chains, but it doesn't work. They are the two newest victims of the Jigsaw Killer. Through a series of flashbacks, we learn of more victims, and of the nearly-successful capture of the Jigsaw Killer, who doesn't actually kill his victims. Instead, he finds ways to make them kill either themselves, or each other, and he thinks the entire 'game' out perfectly, with no other ways out. Or so it would seem...

A complete fish out of water in her rural and sleepy Japanese town, where everyone buys their clothes (and everything else) at the same store and no one understands her, Momoko's life is one of sugared sweets and frilly treats. Desperate to make some money to pay for her expensive indulgence, Momoko tries selling bootleg Ver*ace and Uni*ersal Studios clothes left over from her Dad's yakuza (gangster) days. However, when punk girl and self-styled 'Yanki' Ichiko comes calling, her days as 'ordinary' are most certainly numbered... Road movie, buddy comedy, deeply insightful and surprisingly touching, the surreal world only further highlights the all too real friendship that brings these two unlikely girls together

Although the two are complete opposites they somehow may just form a relationship

Stay alive What is it: Horror/thriller about a group of friends who died after playing the game. (movie NOT based on a game.)
Plot: After the brutal death of a friend, a group of friends find themselves in possession of a video-game called "Stay Alive," a blood-curdling true story of a 17th century noblewoman known as the Blood Countess. After playing the game when they know they shouldn't, however, the friends realize that once they die in the game--they die for real. As their numbers begin dropping and as they begin dying in the ways they died in the game, the remaining friends realize they must defeat the Blood Countess or accept their fates.
Interesting fact: Countess Elizabeth Bathory (the blood countess or the ‘ghost’ in the movie) did actually exist. However, for the perspective of the film, her story takes place in New Orleans, whereas historically she was located in Hungary.
Starring: Frankie Muniz, the guy who plays Malcolm in “Malcolm in the middle” Sophia bush, who acted as beth in John tucker must die

Selling yellow duckies...
Today, jin + hl + me went IMM to sell duckies for charity... some responses which we get will be listed below...
actual plan: - jin start off by saying: excuse me... - hl continue: we are doing it for charity, each duck cost... - me: tell the time, venue, stand to win prize...
conclusion after trying a few times, always after 'excuse me' then hl get to say a bit then ppl walk off... i no chance to explain... so we change strategy...
random responses: 1). Jin: would u like to adopt a duck? ppl: *waves hand = no...* then rush off... 2). Me: excuse me... *open paper* ppl: directly walk off... =.= ( i transparent, eat glass grow up) 3). hl: excuse me, can u spare us a few mins...we... ppl: no, thanks... *rush of* 4). jin talk, then hl talk then i talk... finish talking... ppl: giggles... then laughs... walks off... (siao... gone case...) 5). me: say what i suppose to say... *ppl listen till very attentive* jin: add on... explaining... *ppl still very attentive* ppl: i waiting for someone, waited very long, the person still not yet come... * at that moment, wish to take out knife and stab jin, she closest to me mah... hahax... We call ppl do charity, the person tell us something else... =.= * 6). me: would u like to do some charity... jin or hl: would u... *interupt by ppl...* ppl: NO! stare, walks off head facing upwards... *fierce until like dunno what happen* we 3 stand there like dunno what... cold wind~~ 7). jin: would u... ppl: walks off slowly.. *jin same, eat glass grow up... high 5* me: duck, duck, duck, duck, duck... * jin say i baka... but because we not yet sell a single one, so... pester... =.=*
then we met two boys holding tin cans call ppl to donate too.. we bet see if they will ask us to donate... if they ask, then we also ask them to buy duck for charity... hahax... xD
anyway, ended the charity thing at around 3pm plus... rush home to watch CSS... =)
